Private social network for young adults graduating from Texas Childrens Hospital and moving on to the adult world. This is a safe, secure place to stay in contact with your Texas Childrens friends, share real-world advice and communicate with our doctors.

This app allows our members to connect with other patients who are preparing to transition from pediatric to adult healthcare. We are a new network that allows our members to make friends fast with the large number of social groups that are in the making. Members can ask questions, voice concerns, share experiences with others and learn more about transition along the way. Moderators are also there to help with any difficult questions.
